Adrian has over twenty five years’ experience as a solicitor in the field of personal and brain injury. He has acted on behalf on many victims of brain injury and spent time in Canada working for a firm that specialised in closed head injury cases, in particular cases where a brain injury might not be obviously apparent. This experience provided a particular insight into some of the more subtle effects of brain injury not always acknowledged by victims or indeed their families, which only come to light as time passes such as cognitive difficulties.
Adrian has a particular interest in acting for brain injured victims in the UK and North America for whom English is not their first language including migrant workers. He can offer a service in most eastern European languages including Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian and Russian and can guide these victims and their families through the claims process and through the additional problems of benefits, care packages in the UK and Europe, Court of Protection issues and judicial review of care and benefits.
Adrian is happy to review cases which may have been turned down by other lawyers and relishes tackling difficult cases on liability alongside a well established team of experts.
Adrian is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
