Rose is a partner in the Complex Personal Injury team. Based in Manchester, she travels nationwide to manage her caseload. With 20 years’ experience, her expertise spans complex personal injuries including catastrophic injury claims such as brain injuries, spinal injuries, loss of limb, loss of sight and fatal accidents.

Rose is best known for her empathy and client care. She has a reputation for always delivering the best possible result for her clients, but at the same time ensures that the client is at the Centre of the case. She frequently conducts her own advocacy and inquests.

She enjoys a challenge and has often succeeded in concluding difficult cases that have been turned away by other law firms.

Rose lectures to professional bodies all over the country and abroad in relation to the civil justice system in the UK.

Rose is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and an active supporter of the Headway, the brain injury charity, the Spinal Injuries Association, and BRAKE, the road safety charity.
