Victoria is a specialist in personal injury since training at the well known Trade Union firm, Rowley Ashworth, undertaking significant claims on behalf of Union members particularly for accidents in the workplace which required a detailed knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations.

Victoria joined the team in February 2015 after heading up the Personal Injury department as a Partner at Robinsons Solicitors. Her current role as a solicitor in the asb aspire team involves undertaking catastrophic injury work including putting together statements, seeing clients, assessing new claims when they come in and completing risk assessments for review. Victoria is a member the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Sussex Acquired Brain Injury Forum.

Brain Injury Cases

  • Representing a 4-year old who suffered a significant brain injury following a car accident when he was 2 years of age. We are working with a specialist paediatric case manager and have obtain funding under the rehabilitation code for private therapy, including Speech & Language, and Occupational Therapy.
  • Representing a client who suffered a complex brain injury, resulting in a loss of capacity, after being knocked down as a pedestrian.
