I am a solicitor with twenty five years of experience in the field of personal and brain injury. I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

I have acted on behalf on many victims of brain injury and in 2006 spent 8 months working for a Canadian Law firm in Vancouver who specialised in closed head injury cases, in particular cases where a brain injury might not be obviously apparent. This gave me an insight into some of the more subtle effects of brain injury not always acknowledged by victims or indeed their families, which only come to light as time passes such as cognitive difficulties.

I was involved in a case in which we pursued a third party for aggravated damages arising from surveillance in the course of litigation of a vulnerable claimant. I have a particular interest in acting for brain injured victims in the UK and North America for whom English is not their first language including migrant workers , I offer a service in most eastern European languages including Polish, Albanian, Kosovan, Bulgarian and Romanian and Russian and am able to guide these victims and their families not only through the claims process but also the additional problems of benefits, care packages both in the UK and Europe and court of protection issues and a judicial review of care and benefits particularly cases involving Children.

I am very happy to review cases which may have been turned down by other lawyers and relish tackling difficult cases on liability alongside a well established team of experts.
