Samantha has a vast amount of experience in both employment law cases and personal injury claims.
As an Employment lawyer, she deals with employee matters ranging from drafting contracts and policy documents, providing HR advice, dealing with redundancies, drafting and advising upon settlement agreements and dealing with unfair and constructive dismissal claims. She also advises on complex Employment Tribunal matters and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
In her personal injury capacity, Samantha helps secure compensation for those who have been injured as a result of fault. She enjoys the variety of her personal injury caseload, which includes workplace accidents, occupier’s liability cases, road accidents, Highways Act and criminal injuries compensation cases. She has a particular interest in cycling accident claims.
