Cerebral Palsy Conference

We are proud to be hosting a new one-day conference – Cerebral Palsy | a journey for life – on Monday July 6, 2015 at Grange St Paul’s Hotel, London. The conference aims to support a safe and healthy start to life for all babies to reduce the risk of cerebral palsy (CP) and help people affected by CP to achieve their full potential.

Chaired by Professor James Drife, Emeritus Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Leeds and President of Baby Lifeline, our charity partner for this event, our speakers include highly regarded experts drawn from the medical, charity and legal arenas:

  • Amanda Richardson, Chair of Action Cerebral Palsy
  • Professor James Walker, Professor of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust and President of Baby Lifeline Training
  • Judith James, Headteacher of Northern Counties School, Percy Hedley Foundation, an outstanding special school for children with complex needs
  • Sylvia Vincent and her daughter Tegan, together with Andrew Hannam, Foot Anstey, on living with cerebral palsy
