The role of a case manager in the litigation process webinar

Designed for case managers, this webinar will provide attendees with an introduction to the claims process and the role of the case manager within that process. Topics to be discussed will include a look at the early stages of a claim, rehab code and INAs, joint appointment of case managers, scope of the case manager role, disclosure of records and record keeping, providing evidence, case conferences and joint settlement meetings and post settlement working with deputies.

Tim Jones is a legal director within the serious injury team at Enable Law. He has practised exclusively in the field of personal injury claims for over 20 years and specialises in handling cases involving brain and spinal injury. He devotes time to helping clients and their families through the legal process of making a claim and helping them access rehabilitation and other services that will improve their lives.
