David Tyack QC, Year of Call 1994, Silk 2021

David practices exclusively in the fields of personal injury and clinical negligence and has done since 2001. He undertakes all areas of work within these two fields, including employers’ liability claims, industrial injury claims, Highways Act claims, other public liability claims, CRU appeals, CICA applications and inquests in the Coroner’s Court. He regularly gives talks and participates in seminars.

David has been consistently recommended as a leading barrister for clinical negligence cases.
