This webinar is aimed at catastrophic injury and clinical negligence lawyers, but may also be of interest to case managers and therapists who support clients following bringing personal injury claims.

About our speaker for Clinical negligence – legal update webinar

Michael Walsh is a barrister at Serjeants’ Inn Chambers. He was called to the bar in 1996. Michael balances a wide ranging caseload including complex and high value clinical negligence matters for both claimants and defendants and has significant experience in cerebral palsy and other birth injuries, brain injury and spinal injury claims. Michael is often instructed at the outset of potential claims in order to guide litigation strategy, to provide advice on experts as well as drafting schedules and counter-schedules of loss.
