Danielle Roberts of TSF Consultants joins us to discuss assessing mental capacity and all things communication, with specific reference to Principle 2 of the Mental Capacity Act (2005) – supported decision making, assessing clients with a complex communication presentation and supporting communication under Covid-19 constraints.
