There will be time for questions at the end of the session.

This webinar is designed for case managers and will provide an insight into the Court of Protection and Deputyships.

Stacey Bryant, Enable Law

Stacey is a Partner and leads Enable Law’s Mental Capacity and Court of Protection team, handling cases specialising in property and financial affairs. The team currently supports in excess of 100 Deputy, Trust and Attorney clients, managing assets exceeding £32 million.

  • Charities and the NHS may access this webinar free of charge. To qualify for a free NHS or charity place, you must register in advance using your NHS/Charity email address.
  • £29 + VAT for everyone else, Payment is required in advance of attendance and an invoice will be emailed.

In order to be approved for a free place, attendees must register using their company, NHS or charity email address, otherwise access will be denied. Joining links must not be shared with non-NHS organisations, such as independent companies who provide services on behalf of the NHS.

All other attendees will receive an invoice via email. Payment is required in advance of attendance.
