NHS funded care and brain injury webinar

James Pantling-Skeet, a Community Care specialist at Lester Aldridge LLP and Daniel Monie, an independent NHS Continuing Healthcare Expert Witness & Registered Nurse, will provide an explanation of the different NHS funding streams available to brain injury patients (including NHS Continuing Healthcare), discuss common problems or tricky cases using case studies including what happens where a CCG determines rehabilitation to be “completed” but representatives or family members disagree, and how to challenge NHS funding decisions (such as a refusal to award or a withdrawal of NHS Continuing Healthcare).

This webinar is aimed at catastrophic injury and clinical negligence lawyers, but may also be of interest to case managers and therapists who support clients following bringing personal injury claims.
