About our speakers for the Managing ongoing welfare decisions webinar

Louise Lewis is a Director in the Trusts, Estates and Tax Team and also works in the specialist Court of Protection Team at Freeths. She is a fully qualified member of STEP, the world’s leading organisation for private wealth professionals, and sits on the management committees for its special interest groups for digital estate planning and for mental capacity.

Throughout her career Louise has had great success in asking the Court of Protection to make welfare decisions for vulnerable adults. She has also made great strides in helping vulnerable adults, who have capacity, to live as independently as they can and where possible make these decisions for themselves.
