This webinar is aimed at catastrophic injury and clinical negligence lawyers, but may also be of interest to case managers and therapists who support clients following bringing personal injury claims.

About our speaker for the NHS Funded Care webinar

Daniel Monie is qualified as a Registered Nurse (NMC registration no. 92C2476E) originally specialising in the areas of aged care and stroke / brain injury rehabilitation. He has been involved in NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) since 1999 at both an operational and strategic level, as Head of CHC or Personalisation lead, for a number of CCGs. Daniel is determined in his approach in ensuring that all relevant evidence is brought to light and considered throughout the CHC assessment, decision-making, appeal and review processes.
