About our speaker for the Nutrition and ABI webinar

Rebecca McManamon is highly knowledgeable in dietetics with extensive experience in acute and community settings in the NHS. Rebecca has specialised in a variety of clinical areas, such as diabetes, cardiology, nutrition support (including artificial nutrition and pressure ulcer management), cancer and palliative care, whilst maintaining general dietetic skills and knowledge. She works with clients following acquired brain injury, as well as amputation, birth injury and developmental delay, Cerebral Palsy, spinal injury, major trauma, learning disabilities, respiratory conditions and neurodegenerative disorders.

As well as a treating dietician working with clients with complex rehabilitation needs and associate expert witness at Bush & Co, Rebecca is also the Policy Lead for the British Dietetic Association Neurosciences group. Within this role she is involved in responses to consultations on national guidelines and disseminating best practice and standards to national members.
