About our speaker for the Putting the ‘fundamental’ into fundamental dishonesty webinar

Richard Grimshaw

Richard Grimshaw practices in the field of clinical negligence and personal injury litigation. He undertakes a broad spectrum of high value serious injury work acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants. Richard has experience of a variety of trials (both on his own and as junior counsel), interlocutory and complex approval hearings, as well as Article 2 and jury inquests. He also regularly attends conferences with experts and is adept at dealing with complicated medical issues. Furthermore, Richard has considerable experience of drafting pleadings and providing written advices on liability, evidence and quantum.

Richard Adams

Richard Adams acts for both claimants and defendants, mainly in high value cases. He has extensive experience across the full range of personal injury work from road traffic collisions, through to industrial disease and high value claims involving head injuries. He is often instructed at an early stage in proceedings. There is always an emphasis on practical and strategic advice, often given in conference. His clinical negligence work means that he is particularly adept at handling expert witnesses. Richard has extensive inquest experience representing both families, companies and NHS Trusts, including Article 2 inquests.
