The successful presentation of catastrophic injury claims webinar

The webinar will deal with the successful presentation of catastrophic injury claims. That is from the initial expert legal and sensitive engagement with early preparation and rehabilitation, the process of securing appropriate lay and expert evidence, presenting the heads of loss and consideration of the forms of award through to different forms and approaches of ADR and Trial.

This webinar is aimed at catastrophic injury and clinical negligence lawyers, but may also be of interest to case managers and therapists who support clients following bringing personal injury claims.
