Richard is a Principal Lawyer in the personal injury team at our Cambridge office. He has over 18 years’ experience dealing with cases of personal injury, and in particular cases of catastrophic brain injury.

Richard spent 10 years in the armed forces before becoming a lawyer so has a particular understanding of the complexities when dealing with military accident claims.

Notable case of Richard’s include a young student who was hit by a car and suffered a traumatic brain injury and left with permanent damage, needing extensive care management and rehabilitation and a child who, shortly before her 16th birthday, suffered a serious brain injury after being hit by a van as she was crossing the street.
