Suzanne is a Partner and is head of the adult brain injury department at Bolt Burdon Kemp.
She has specific expertise in complex claims involving serious brain injuries in adults and she is passionate about resolving claims swiftly and without delay. She is ranked as a leading lawyer in The Legal 500 directory, who say of her: “Suzanne Trask is ‘tough and uncompromising in seeking the best for her clients’; she is experienced in claims involving adult brain injury.”
Suzanne understands the many differing ways in which a person can be individually affected by brain injury. She is passionate about supporting survivors of brain injury and has close ties with The Silverlinings, for whom she is a trustee. The Silverlinings charity provides invaluable services and support to adults who have suffered from brain injury. She also works closely with The Encephalitis Society, a specialist brain infection charity who provide support to those who have been affected by encephalitis and their families.
Suzanne is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyer’s Executive Committee and is frequently invited to provide comment to the national media on brain injury issues. Suzanne is also a regular contributor to legal publications such as JPIL (the Journal of Personal Injury Law), The Times Legal Brief and the Solicitors’ Journal.
