I am Managing Director of Girlings Personal Injury Claims Ltd. I qualified as a solicitor in 1996, and have been dealing with personal injury claims since the mid 1980s. I have since 1996 been on the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel (for lawyers with a proven track record in accident claims), and have also been accredited as ‘Senior Litigator’ with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Most of my clients are seeking compensation for a brain injury, and I deal with claims ranging in value from tens of thousands of pounds up to several million pounds.

I am experienced in appointing case managers to help coordinate care and medical needs; obtaining funding for and arranging rehabilitation treatment to help clients achieve a good recovery from their injuries; pressing for compensation for the injuries, loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses arising from accidents.

I am an approachable member of the team and always ensure that I keep clients informed about their claims in a down to earth way without the use of legal jargon.
