Just days away from a new law coming into force regarding personal injury claims that bans the payment of referral fees, the Brain Injury Group is concerned about the impact on victims.  The aim of these reforms is to eliminate the unscrupulous ‘selling on’ of details and unsolicited scam texts/calls that have plagued the personal injury market and inflated a perceived ‘compensation culture’. While the ethos is sound though, there is concern that it may make it harder for genuine claimants to find access to the right solicitor.
