Ainscough Associates has built a reputation for quality and excellence, and developed strong working partnerships with referrers and rehabilitation providers. Providing a service that solely specialises in case management has helped us to define a specific approach for understanding and exploring the key competencies of the case manager.
Our team of highly experienced and dedicated case managers have backgrounds in nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and social work. A commitment to teamwork is one of our core values, and as such we endeavour to build a culture of support through regular evaluations, reflection, feedback, and staff meetings.
We believe that the primary competency required by a good case manager is that of being proactive. Put simply, getting things done for our clients. As well as the right clinical expertise, we believe it’s important for our case managers to be expert in commissioning and coordinating excellent services for our clients.
Providing complex packages of care is a very significant part of our role. We have developed a robust approach to supporting our clients who wish to directly employ care and support staff, with our own dedicated HR professionals working directly with the client and family.
