Our interactive client portal, MyMedical, allows your clients to progress their own claims journey, from uploading consent for medical records to booking or amending their appointment. We believe client engagement is the key to success in every case, which is why we provide client with real time updates of their case, including the current status and any work in progress. MyMedical also has the benefit of integrating fully with Customers’ own dedicated portals and apps.
