StanleySmith Case Management has a team of highly experienced and specialist case managers. We work with children, young people and adults. Our area of expertise is brain injury, complex care and catastrophic injury.
We work collaboratively with the client and their family. We pride ourselves on our focus on the client’s individual needs and we are passionate to ensure that the quality of our case management and responsiveness is of an exceptionally high standard. We work with both unsettled and settled cases and use an outcome tool, that we have developed, to monitor the effectiveness of case management goals. We work with all professionals and services involved with the client. Since Covid-19 we have utilised video call and have found that this is highly effective when coordinating with multi disciplinary teams, education and other statutory settings.
Our Case Managers are all members of BABICM and or CMSUK. Heidi Stanley is also a member of the Membership and Practice Group within BABICM and Nikki Smith is a member of the Communication Group within CMSUK. A number of our case managers have advanced membership status with BABICM. Our case managers are qualified occupational therapists and physiotherapists with an average of 15 years experience. Most of our case managers have over 10 years experience as a clinical case manager.
As a team we have a mentoring system so that all case managers are supported and so that the breadth of knowledge from case managers within the organisation can be utilised.
We are CQC registered and have strong administration and HR support. We manage privately employed care packages in addition to agency care. Where a client has complex medical needs and or medication our nurse lead oversees the medication management and links with GP’s, medical professionals.
We predominantly cover the South West and South of England. We provide cost effective case management at competitive rates.
