Westcountry Case Management is an established specialist service with expertise that has been built up since 1991. We work with adults and children who have complex and sometimes challenging needs as well as clients who may have moderate problems that require less intensive support.
We strive to maintain high standards of practice and our position as the leading provider of case management services within the West Country and South Wales.

Being registered with the CQC is the minimal requirement for a case management company, being rated Outstanding in all five areas demonstrates we are at the pinnacle of our industry.

What makes West Country Management unique?
All our case managers have a minimum of 7 years’ experience as a qualified professional before working with us. Their skill set will also include some specialisms including working with clients with brain injury, children and young people, spinal injury, mental health, learning disability, elderly care or another relevant field. All bringing a wealth of knowledge in managing and coordinating clients’ needs.
Supporting Case Managers
Our office also employs Case Manager Assistants who assist case managers daily in all aspects of reports and research. Our case managers can use their services for all administrative tasks which sequentially keeps the costs of case management down.
We have several Care Manager Assistants (CMAs), who work closely with our Registered Manager and our Case Managers, to help aid and galvanise care support services that we provide and oversee. They cover all the areas that are required for client’s support teams and work remotely across the Westcountry.
Dedicated HR team
Although WCM are not employers, we aim to deal with all the practical issues regarding the employment of support workers. We can help to find, train and support the teams of support workers who work with our clients.
- Bespoke advertising campaigns
- Arrange interviews and issue job offers obtain references / enhanced DBS disclosure
- Ensure support workers have appropriate training & induction
- Handle all day-to-day employment matters on behalf of the client, offering advice and ensuring adherence to regulations
- Monitor the support workers via probation, supervision or appraisal set up the payroll and check support worker timesheets
- Compile risk assessments and a detailed client service user plan, staff handbooks and other employment documentation
